Okay, Girl Wonder, Now What?
I have a 26' motorhome. Every winter, it gets covered with a big ubiquitarp*, except for last year. The ubiquitarp had shredded and I couldn't find a replacement.
Trying to find a replacement that didn't cost an arm and a leg was something of a challenge, compounded by the fact that I had no idea how big the old tarp was. (If you're male, stop reading now. I will not be responsible for your eyes sticking to the back of your head.) Measuring would have been the smart thing to do. Obviously, I did not do the smart thing. All I knew is that I needed a BFT (big fucking tarp). So, I bought one that is 40x60.
I now have enough tarp to cover the motorhome twice. Or, in the alternative, cover the motor home and create an awning across the rest of the driveway. I can't bungee the thing, and I'm thinking I'm going to have to sort of double it up and sew it shut through the grommets. The neighborhood should be highly entertained by my attempts to figure this out over the course of the weekend.
(*large blue tarp seen on woodpiles and roofs across the country.)
